We want you to be completely satisfied with your TI SENTO purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn jewelry in its original packaging. Please ensure that all security tags remain attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original TI SENTO gift box and secure it within a protective shipping carton to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
